I have had my stove for about 2 months and I love it. Temperature is accurate, even cooking, great response. Only drawback is that it is easy to turn on controls with my torso!
Pro : easy operation, great look, easy to clean
Con : easy to turn on power if you lean against it
I have this range a year and I have already spent a couple of hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. The computer went dead for no reason. This should not happen for such a fairly new product and the technitian's explaination to me is " this just happened." Kitchenaid really disappointed me.
Pro : looks really good
Con : not reliable
I have owned this range for five months and have just made my second service call for another control panel. These panels seem to be failing for NO APPARENT REASON. I have not had any major spills or sprayed any cleaner directly onto them. If the control panel fails, there is no use of the oven, only the stove top. I cook for my job. My job is being affected by down time. Also, I do not care for the cook top temps, as the dials increase/decrease in measured amounts and one click up will have a temp too high and one click down will have a temp too low. The temps need smaller incremental changes. If you lean too closely to the control panel, your belly will activate the controls also. The controls can be locked, but based on my experiences, I would recommend buying another range, entirely.
Pro : Looks Pretty
Con : Not very Functional
