I have an interesting topic for you: Navigating your way though office politics. The best dissertation is a done dissertation. Your topic is too far reaching. Furthermore, it is trite. why not look at "employee voices in implementing [project name]" then do a stakeholder analysis. Cover things like the corporate culture, past practices, decision theory, diffusion theory, and put it all together. really, you should not be done with coursework, have passed comps, and still NOT have a topic.
