A key issue in corporate management is ensuring that CPM (corporate performance management) is carried out from a company-wide viewpoint that recognizes CPM as the basis for corporate competitiveness and value creation. The core of the most advanced CPM is managing HR performance, although many companies wrongfully interpret it as pure cost. We will discuss the corporate performance management system, the performance management issue in HR, and the ongoing and systematic maintenance of HR performance management.
